I found the staff friendly and professional . the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was also comfortable. the television offered a wide selection of channels, nice. the hotel's facilities, especially the pool area, looked well-kept.

i noticed the room was quite warm, so i found it slightly difficult to sleep initially.

I had SUCH a great experience. The staff at reception were friendly. The facilities impressed me. I enjoyed the pool, steam room, and sauna. I liked that the hotel has both a Starbucks, a bar and a restaurant. It was SO convenient for grabbing things quickly.

The walls in the rooms seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms, a minor distraction.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was so comfortable (I slept like a log). The pool was lovely. The staff were polite and always happy to help throughout my stay.
